About Us
Our office is located in our home in Logan, Utah. I can usually be reached by phone during normal
business hours, 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday unless I am out doing field work. Any other

I have been in the appraisal business since 2002. I speak fluent Spanish & I have worked with
many new home builders & lenders. I am qualified to appraise most single family, 2-4 family &
